The Food Rights Network is a non-profit, non-partisan research and advocacy project of the Center for Media and Democracy.

We oppose the “biosolids” scam, the dumping of toxic sewage sludge on farms and gardens as “organic compost” and “natural fertilizer.”  No food should be grown in contaminated sewage waste.  People have the right to know if their food is grown is sewage sludge, and if the compost and fertilizer they purchase contains sludge.
